Snapdragon Farm offers a few different board options in order to cater to everyone. Custom board packages can be created for those who need it.

Please click here to see our rules and guidelines.

Stall Board - $325/month
Stall board includes a 10 x 12 box stall every evening and daily turnout. Horses on stall board are grained twice daily. They are turned out with the herd in the pasture each day. Mares and geldings are turned out separately. In the winter, hay is provided at turnout via round bales and a couple flakes are fed in the stall at night. Endless supplies of salt and water are available. Horse owners may supply their own grain or arrange for stable management to supply it (price of grain is added to board bill).

Pasture Board - $200/month
Full-time pasture board. Horses are grained once or twice daily, depending on your preference. Hay is provided via round bales. Endless supplies of salt and water are always available. Horse owners may supply their own grain or arrange for stable management to supply it (price of grain is added to board bill).

We feed Nutrena SafeChoice pellets to our horses. If you want your horse on Nutrena SafeChoice, we can add the price of the pellets to your board bill.

Farrier and Vet
Please contact the stable manager, Katie Landmark, with any questions regarding farrier or vet work.

Extras -
Blanketing (for stall board only) - $20/month - We will blanket your horse before turnout, and remove it when we bring them in for the evening.

Vet Handling - $10/each time - We hold your horse for the vet - no need for you to be there! ($15 per hold if individual vet visit, that is, if appointment is at a separate time than the rest of the horses at the barn).

Farrier handling and scheduling is included in board costs.
